These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Checkster ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Checkster lets you hide in-store pickup, named delivery methods, and named payment methods at checkout when a cart matches rules you configure. It works via Shopify delivery and payment customization Functions. Features may change or be improved over time.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the rules you configure and for testing your checkout to confirm the intended options are hidden or shown.
• You are responsible for keeping at least one usable delivery and payment option available to your customers.

3. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

5. Billing

Checkster offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" plan billed through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel Pro at any time from your Shopify admin; your rules are kept and the extra hide options simply switch off.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes.
